Bronzes: Each individual piece starts life as a wax miniature which is then foundry cast in solid bronze in exactly the same way as the full size originals. They are then fettled, textured and patinated before the final polish. The end result will last for hundreds of years. All items are marked with my foundry stamp for authenticity. Mirrors: all of my mirrors are made from bronze and fashioned in the same way as the miniature animals and then instead of the patination they are hard gilded and polished to a final finish which means that each piece has a varied texture and colour.
