These pieces are ideal for Tudor or Medieval but will also fit in with later periods. Pewter is an alloy and I use a mix which has a very high tin content which allows me to cast and stamp with a high degree of detail. After each casting each piece has approximately 7 layers of colouring applied and then cut-back to build up the oxidized look of old pewter, after a final polish each piece has my touch mark (TCK) added.
